"The grill performs flawlessly! While I can understand that it was made as light in weight as possible for ease of portability, I wish that its lower center plate (that is mounted perpendicular to and underneath the burners) had been made of a thicker gauge of stainless steel. That thin center plate that is perpindicular and located just under the burners flexes quite a bit as I clean it after grilling. That is my only suggestion for improvemnet. My wife and I use a sheet of aluminum foil to cover the surface of the drip pan to aid in easier leanup after grilling, and in the future we wil also use aluminumm foil on top of that thin center plate to aid in cleanup after grilling."
