Tips for Success
1. Preheat your grill to 400° F.
2. Season the chicken breasts with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.
3. Place the chicken directly on the grill grates and cook for approximately 7 minutes.
4. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 7 minutes until IT reaches 165° F.
5. Remove the chicken, allow it to rest.
6. Once cooled, use forks, or your fingers to shred the chicken.
7. In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and green onions. Stir until well combined.
8. Layer the sandwich with bread, mozzarella cheese, buffalo chicken mixture, more cheese, and finally the second slice of bread.
9. Place the compiled sandwich on the grill grates and cook over medium flames until bread is toasted. Flip and cook the other side until toasted and cheese is melted.
10. Remove from the grill, slice in half diagonal, and serve with additional ranch dressing.
