● 2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts
● 2 Medium Onions
● 1 Bell Pepper
● Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub
● ¾ Cup Greek Yogurt
● Zest and Juice of 1 Lime
● ½ Cup of Cilantro

2. Cut the chicken breasts into 2 inch wide cubes.
