● 4 Hot Dog Buns

● 4 Slices of Bacon

● BBQ Sauce

● Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub to Taste

Method

1. Preheat your grill to 400°F.

2. Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon.

3. Brush the bacon with your favorite BBQ sauce.

4. Season all sides of the bacon wrapped hot dogs with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.

5. Place the hot dogs directly on the grill grates.

6. Cook the hot dogs for approximately 5 minutes, then rotate. Continue rotating until all sides are charred to your preference.

7. If desired, toast your buns directly on the grill grates until desired doneness.

8. Remove from the grill and assemble on a bun with yellow mustard.
