Ingredients for slider:
1 pack of Litl Smokies
1lb of thin bacon
1 pack of butter
1 red bell pepper 2 jalapeños
1 small white onion 1
1/2 Tbsp AP
Street Dog Sauce:
1 Cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Tex Mex
Preparation
1. Wrap 1/3 piece of bacon around the smokies and secure with a toothpick. Grill hot and fast.
2. Cook down your peppers and onions until soft and set aside.
3. Cut slits in the top of your rolls and place in your bacon smokie and top with peppers and sauce.
4. Pull apart and share with the fam!
