"Finally got to use the cast iron grill. Fit perfect to replace my left side grill. After seasoning it I grilled up a pack of Johnsonville Brats using the griddle side. They turned out perfect! Cleanup was a breeze, pretty much a wipe down after cooling and it’s ready for next time! Awesome add on and reasonable price!"

"After the seasoning process the cooking plate was excellent. It provided an even heat. The plate left nice grill marks. It was easy to clean with a scraper then rinsing with water and a nylon scrubbing pad. Monument has a wonderful customer support goroup."
