"Recorded a Timelapse of me putting this NEW Eminence 605 together and today is testing and I will say so far I'm fully impressed! I just got done doing a surface temp test of the Main Cook Chamber and Side Sear Station. I'm going to be honest, I have not been impressed with most side searers, they never get hot enough. Well this one just took my Thermal Camera to its max at just under 1,100 Fahrenheit and if that's not enough this main chamber got to 650f in under 6 minutes! I can't wait to get some thick steaks 🥩 on this beast! Now time for the sun to go down and test it at night."

"I received this grill prior to Memorial Day weekend, to my surprise, shipping was incredibly fast. The 2 heavy large boxes were tediously well packed, with easy to follow instructions. 2 hours of assembly, another hour of testing, first burn off, and pre-seasoning of the grills themselves, and the Denali 605 pro was up and running. First My first grill consisted of Lobster tails, skewered shrimp, and grille asparagus for which the reversible griddle I ordered came in changing for me. This has to be the best bang for your hard earned dollar available."

"Grill shipping box arrived in good condition, no damage to contents. Assembly directions of the Mesa was very simple and this med size grill was easy for 1 person to complete assembly. After washing the grates and heat spreaders and seasoning the grates, it was observed that this grill heats up FAST which means less wasted LPG and time. Test cooked sausages and hand-formed thick burgers (burgers for med-rare) with great results. Once the pizza stone arrived a week later I had to make a pizza as the grill can get up to 600+ deg! Top of the Pizza turned out great, cooked in 6 min! But because I am new at using a pizza peel I did not rotate the pizza and the crust was burnt in a couple places. Looks like once up to desired temp, I need to reduce flame under the pizza stone keeping the other burners high."
