Monument Grill was founded in 2016 by a group of barbeque lovers in Atlanta. The concept was developed with the aim of providing the best grills in the world. We’ve partnered with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Amazon, and Target. In 2022, Monument Grill was awarded America’s Best Home & Garden Brand.

Throughout our history, we have produced quality stainless and black enamel grills as well as dual gas support for natural and propane, smart DENALI gas grills, and more in the coming years. We keep our faith in making products with quality, design, reliability, ease of operation, and all-age friendly, and environmentally friendly properties. Rather than increasing prices, we offer grilling lovers more options, responsive customer service, and dynamic social sharing. Role purpose:
- Working experience in the Barbeque industry of at least 3 years;
- Have hardware retailers' buyers' contact information, barbeque category buyer resources are preferred;
- Able to establish good relationships with key customers and retailers and promote cooperation;
- Actively obtain the latest market information and maintain good communication with Monument Grill headquarters;

Work under the direction of Monument Grill, implement retailer sales strategy and demand creation to influence retailers for achieving sales targets. The job requests good relationships built with key retailers.
