Rotisserie Chicken Gyros

Take a bite of chicken gyros, and experience the taste of Greece.


Ingredients:

●4 Pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs

●2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt

●1 ½ Cups Olive Oil

●¼ Cup Lemon Juice

●¼ Cup Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub


Preparation:

1. Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub in a medium bowl.

2. In a large bowl add the chicken and pour over the yogurt marinade. Mix by hand to evenly distribute the marinade.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4. The next day, preheat the 35633 gas grill to 350°F.

5. Skewer the chicken pieces onto the rotisserie spit.

6. Insert the rotisserie spit in the rotisserie motor and turn it on.

7.Cook for 1 ½ - 2 hours until IT reaches 165°F.

8. Remove from the grill and rest for 10 min.

9. Using a sharp knife, shave off thin pieces of chicken on all sides.
