Cheesy Garlic Pizza

🍕Pizza on the grill? Easy but impressive! Try it out with this absolutely amazing cheesy garlic pizza.

Ingredients

• 1 Pizza Dough
• 2 Tbs Melted Butter
• 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
• ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 8 oz block of Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Preparation

1. Remove the round grill grate and insert the Round Pizza Stone. 
2. Preheat your Monument Grills to 500° F.
3. Stretch and prepare your crust on a pizza peel or parchment paper.
4. Mix the melted butter and minced garlic. use a pastry brush to spread all over the dough.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dough.
6. Spread the shredded mozzarella over the dough.
7. Transfer to the baking stone and bake until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown (approximately 15 minutes).
8. Remove from the grill and allow to cool.
9. Cut in half and horizontally and then vertically in 2-inch strips.
10. Serve with marinara, ranch, or other dipping sauce.
