Seared Tuna Steaks

Seared on the outside and deliciously rare on the inside

Ingredients

• 2 Tuna Steaks
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• ½ Cup Everything Bagel Seasoning

Ready in 15 minutes  Serves 2 people

Preparation

1. Preheat your new Denali 605Pro grill to 600° F.

2. Rub olive oil on all sides of the tuna steaks.

3. Pour the Everything Bagel Seasoning into a shallow dish. Coat all sides of the tuna steaks with the seasoning.

4. Place the tuna steaks directly on the grill grates and sear for 1 ½ minutes.

5. Flip and sear the other side for an additional 1 ½ minutes.

6. Remove from the grill, slice and serve immediately.
