Denali 605 Pro Warming Rack
"I have the older Monument 77352MB 6-burner gas grill and when I saw the Denali 605 Pro's newer designed warming rack...I wondered if it would fit. It does, and I love the flexibility to roast conical shaped peppers (like Jalapenos, Fresno, or sweet)...or use the rack to create a chicken drumstick "chandelier". It's nice not having to turn the drumsticks...but just let them roast until they're done. I did end up putting a pan with cherry tomatoes beneath them to help prevent flare up as the fat rendered from the chicken."
