"I purchased the three plate package. This replaces all standard grates if I choose to. The grill heats up faster and uses less propane with all plates in place. Still learning how to cook on the plates, as it cooks much more quickly than the standard grates. I haven't burnt anything so far, so I guess I have that going for me."
