I use a Smoke box

"I use a Smoke box with most of my grilling. Sometimes with wet or dry chips. Depending on the item being grilled. This is my Third one. They just rust out from constant use, filling with wet chips then heating and cooling with ash in it, they wear out. But the added Flavors you can get with the right blend of chips is Awesome and worth the time and cost."

Little box adds big flavor to meat being grilled!

Smoker Box

"Smoker box is a good fit to my grill, but is a bit of a hassle to empty and fill it every time. Have to remove the grill grate to get to it. Also seems a bit overpriced for what it is. Should have a standard discount on it for regular customers. I have already purchase 3 Monument Grills."
