The Serial number is located in two places. The first place is the back bottom right of the firebox Or on the shipping box next to the model label.

Can I get my grill assembled?

MG Products require assembly. We provide videos on how to assembly on our website along with digital manuals. You can check with your local retailer that carry Monument Grills for 3rd party assembly services.

Do accessories and grill arrive together if I buy a bundle order?

The grill and accessories will be sent in separate packages and might not arrive at the same time.

I received the wrong item! What do I do?

Tough Grill

"I got this grill for fathers day about 10 years ago. I have used this thing extensively. I keep it out of the weather on my covered porch. All I have ever done is replace the temp gauge and the empty propane bottles. It finally got to the point where the inside needed to be replaced, so I ordered the burner kit online which had burners, igniters, and flame tamers. I started the rebuild and realized that the only thing that really needed replacing were the tents. Soooo, I just replaced the tents and have the burners and igniters on stand by if I ever need to replace them too. If needed, I would buy this grill again in a heartbeat."

Excellent Quality overall except the back of the grill half open situation.

"We think excellent quality and performance to date. The assembly was assisted with the videos. Have not used rotisserie yet. One negative was the back of the grill is half open; ie not fully covered with the stainless covering. Why was the grill constructed this way? This is not aesthetically pleasing to view through our patio doors so we had to adjust to a different section of the patio that is not really as convenient for us as we would like. Is there a piece available to fit in to cover this opening? I do not think we are the only ones with this issue from reading other reviews. Thank you."

Great Grill for serious Grillers!

"With 6 burners plus a side warming/cooking burner, this grill will easily handle all your outdoor cooking needs. Set up nicely to support direct or indirect cooking. Even includes a rotisserie (haven't tried that yet). Assembly will take a couple of hours, but it is very well documented and if you follow the directions carefully you'll have no issues. It's also packed very well for shipping (2 large boxes), and even if the boxes get banged around during transport, the grill is well protected. Very pleased!"

2 years of use

"bought this grill 2 years ago it came in 2 well packed cartons with no damage. took about 4 hours to assemble and all the parts were there. we have used it a lot over the last 2 years with absolutely no problems. we have owned a lot of grills witch most didn't last more than 2 or 3 years before they burned or rusted out even thou they were covered and stored inside. we do the same with this grill and it shows no signs of rust or burn out. very happy with it and it does a great job of cooking everything we have cooked on it."

Is there any preparation or seasoning you need to do before cooking the first time on the grill, we just assembled it and we are excited to try it out for the first time
Please check the manual for the grill start and operation.
What is the purpose of the LED lights on the knobs? Switched on/off on the side. Do they turn on to indicate that burner is running?
The knob light of this 77352 oven has two colors: blue and white. The white color indicates that the burner is off, while the blue color indicates that the burner is on. The side buttons are merely for turning on/off the indicator light of the knob, not for activating the burner. To turn on the burner, you need to rotate the knob.
Can you convert to natural gas?
At present, Only Eminence 605, Denali 605 and 41847NG can be converted to natural gas grill
Can I convert any of LP grills to natural gas?
