Replaced two igniter wires
"Somehow, two igniter wires were cut a few months after I bought the NG grill. Suspect the wires were cut on sharp edges under the grill controls. Jose helped diagnose the problem, had new wires sent to me, and walked me through the process (not a simple one). Wonderful service. My only comment is that the wiring (igniter and knob lighting) should be bound much more securely. It’s a rats nest, although I am sure it is done so to make wire replacement easier. I would rather have a nice guide system than worry about ease of replacement if needed."
