"I've had my Monument Grill 24367 for over 2 years and really enjoy cooking on it and impressing my guests. However, the control knobs that came with the grill should have been of better quality. Within the first year of having the grill, the chrome plastic rings on the original knobs cracked and fell apart in less than a year. Even the second set of knobs I acquired from Monument Grills for the grill ended up with chrome plastic rings cracking and falling apart as in less than a year also. I contacted Monument Agent Jose on 04/12/2024 who was very empathetic of my issue and offered to send me a set of 6 control knobs #A02122219 at a cost. I received the knobs about a week later and immediately replaced the broken knobs on my grill. They look great and even light up like the original knobs. The knobs look of better design/quality, and I sincerely hope they will not come apart as the first 2 sets of knobs did."
