"Shipped as promised. No damage to contents upon arrival. All parts for grill where in the shipment. The grill took approx. 1. 5 hrs to assemble and the directions where fairly clear. Needed to stop and think a little more about the assembly of the side burner but all went well. Have used the grill about 6 times since purchase and it works well. Especially like the high heat it produces when you want to sear the meat. Also appreciated the small spare parts package included - good idea in case you loose a bolt, washer, etc."

"One the unit was delivered on time. Definite A+ on that regard. Assembly was practically smooth. Only challenge was alignment of the large hood. Unit light up on first attempt. Yes I would recommend your product if topic arose. Oh, lastly compared to Big Box outlets, this was very competitive and I felt better product for the money. thank you"
