"The Monument Grills Denali 605 Pro is an outstanding grill. Very easy to assemble and comes with all the accessories other grills charge you double for. The sear stations are excellent. The Rotisserie is awesome and unlike many fits perfectly. LED lights that change color depending on setting. The Digitemp display comes with 2 meat probes besides the built in sensor. This grill is the best bang for the buck today."

"I absolutely LOVE this grill! It looks great and is SOOO versatile. The rotisserie is the best. The smoke box allows you to cook with the control and efficiency of gas but also get that "smoker" flavor. I don't have the charcoal accessory, but I bet it is super cool too. I assembled this grill a few days ago and I haven't cooked inside since."
The largest grill I’ve owned
"The largest grill I’ve owned so far. Haven’t had a chance to break it in just yet but here’s my initial impressions. It’s packed fairly well but I still have some bent pieces from being shipped. Nothing bad enough to warrant returning but when paying this much for a grill I expect it to be in perfect condition. The directions in my humble opinion are terrible. I work in the engineering field and my wife is a data analyst so between the two of us there should have been plenty of brain power to figure out, but the directions were just terrible. They would combine multiple semi-complex steps into a single sentence and say something to the effect of “look at picture” to which would be a tiny 2”x2” photo to small to discern or read. It took about 2 hours from start to end to complete but at least a full hour of not more went into understanding the convoluted instructions. In the end it all went together and everything worked but it was made much more difficult than it had to be. It looks sharp and I’m beyond excited to try some of the searing and checking rotisserie attachments. If they could work on some packaging improvements and better instructions this would have been a perfect 5 stars."
Put together was good
"I put the grill together the spring assembly that hold the door came not screwed down. Had to get it not and put back in but it isnt secure. I did call customer service and inthought they were sending the price out, but I guess not. That is the fault of the company as that spring was supposed to be secure upon delivery."

"The item seems very nice and sturdy. I have not used it yet but I’m excited about all the different functions. My main concern is the dent on the cover. I am currently working with the warranty department and am hopeful that they will resolve this matter."

"The grill is awesome. I love all the features I’ve cooked a lot of things on it. My only critique would be to also have a thermometer at the top of the hood like some of the other models along with the digital Angie was terrible with the assembly, they didn’t hook up the electronics properly. They hid some of the connectors and they didn’t remove the trash so I wasn’t not happy with the assembly The product and the product support. Is great"

"This is a really good functioning grill for the amount we paid for it! A few things I’ve noticed on the grill would make it better though! It’s hard to be able to switch out the different plates while grilling there should be a tool to make this easier as they are cast iron and this is really difficult to navigate! On the back side there is a huge space that allows the storage to get wet underneath! This is a huge negative for me because all of my accessories are exposed to the weather if I haven’t had a chance to put the cover on! The rod for the rotisserie accessory is also difficult to store underneath as it is very lengthy!"

- I previously had a Vermont Casting grill - it was great. I like to cook breakfast. On this Denali, can I cook eggs on the side burner? Also, when I rotisserie one chicken, what burners do I use? I’ll most likely have additional questions - TBC!!
- Yes, the side burner works just like a stovetop – great for eggs. For rotisserie chicken, you can use all burners on low for faster roasting, or only the outer burners for slower, indirect heat. It depends on your preferred speed and texture.
- What gauge is the stainless steel?
- The grill is made of 430 stainless steel.
- Can size D rechargeable batteries be used or must only alkaline type be used?
- Yes, you can use rechargeable D-size batteries. Both rechargeable and alkaline D batteries are supported.
