"Monument Grills and there staff are nothing short of amazing ! My new monument grill replaced a Weber and couldn’t be happier . And Jose and his wife and their knowledge of all things grills / cooking will make me a lifelong customer!!! Thank you all for everything !"
"Reference Assembly Instructions, Figures 9 and 11: It was difficult to install the Item D spacers between the grill body and the side shelves. I attached the tip of a toothpick to each spacer with 5 minute epoxy then lowered the spacers in place while inserting the A screws. I suggest you come up with a way to complete the spacer installation or clarify the instructions if I misinterpreted them. So far I am very satisfied with the grill. It is a replacement for a Monument two burner grill that I bought four years ago that rusted out. (One reason I opted for the Monument brand this time without considering other brands was that the first two burner grill was made in America. This four burner model was marked Made In Thailand. But I do understand the cost reality of global labor markets. )"
"It was really easy to set up. It lights up instantly and heats to cooking temperature way faster than I expected."
"We have used our new grill twice in the past week and it works beautifully! We had a small broken piece when it arrived, and the replacement part has already been delivered thanks to quick help from customer service."
"Generally, the grill was easy to put together, except for a couple of steps. In one sinario holes did not line up perfectly to insert screws, so I just listened other screws and was able to secure all. Cooking on the grill has been great so far with good temperature control. I wish Monument offered pan liners on web site. With that said I am very satisfied an recommended the 325 strongly."
"I bought the mesa 325 because of quality, looks, and performance, I am greatly disappointed that when cooking on high flames curl around the deflectors burning whatever I'm cooking, if I turn the burners down so the flames weren't coming around the deflectors, I can't get over 500° to cook with, so my cooking time have doubled, I'm very dissatisfied and greatly disappointed"
"Currently without a kitchen due to remodeling so I am even using the side burner to make bacon and eggs."
"We finally ditched our Weber for a Monument Mesa 325 and it was the best grill purchase we made in years. Super easy assembly, well thought out design, and high performance grilling. This grill reached 600 degrees in less than five minutes while going through the break-in process. I can regulate the heat far better than Weber, and grill with better results."
"This bad ass grill made by Monument is by far better than I was expecting. Super impressed with its performance and the materials are far better than that expensive ass “W” grill."
"Easy to put together. Love the glass in the lid. Like how the grease pan is made. Very easy to light. I haven’t used the side burner yet."
