From ordering to assembly it was a seamless proce!

"I’ve seen reviews saying how well the grill was packed, they weren’t lying!! Took me as long to unpack and stage all the pieces as it did to put the grill together. If your grill is delivered with damage it would have to be because of gross negligence by the delivery personnel. Assembly was pretty straightforward, taking my time and double checking pieces and parts the grill went together well with only the need of a Phillips head screwdriver. For a price point of $229. 00 the grill is pretty well built. Haven’t tried it out yet, curious to see how the 2 sear burners work out. For 229 I would recommend this grill, it’s as good as any other grill in this price point."

Simple grill gets the job done excellently!!

"I was looking for a grill with no side burner. My last 2 grills had a side burner and I never used it. . . . so why pay extra for something I never used. The assembly was straight forward, but the manual labeled the screws and nuts with arrows but not the main parts, so that's jacked up and makes you guess. . . but other than that straight forward. Took me an hour or so, but I was taking my time. I first lit it and burned off the "new" for 20 minutes ir so. What i like. . . . 1. Simple grill on fancy extras 10/10 2. Quality vs cost 10/10 3. Ease of use 10/10 4. Warranty 5 to 10 years 5. Most parts labeled well 6. Shipping packaged well and secure. Ordered from Monument web site. What I didn't like 1. Already mentioned, the assembly manual needs a bit of improvement. 2. Some parts missing lable number, but can figure them out 3. Detail viewes need to be a bit bigger. How did it perform. . 1st grill. Seemed to heat evenly grilled chicken breast, they were tender and juicy. . 2nd grill. . . burgers, awesome as well. Both grilled evenly with no hot spots. Over all grill wise 5 out of 5 Assembly manual. 3 out of 5 for the above improvements"

"Grill is a bit of a disappointment. Arrived with damage that prevented assembly. Over a week to get replacement parts and requiring multiple emails and phone calls. I don’t believe it was shipping damage but rather put in the box with damage. Metal is flimsy and thin and has already gotten tarnish and black spots even when covered with their cover. It does heat quickly and fairly evenly time will tell on grill grates. Overall would not purchase again"

M2-410FBZ grill has1pcs of 415mmx240mm and 2pcs of 415mmx185mm. There are no stainless steel cooking grates fit this grill.
