"Generally, the grill was easy to put together, except for a couple of steps. In one sinario holes did not line up perfectly to insert screws, so I just listened other screws and was able to secure all. Cooking on the grill has been great so far with good temperature control. I wish Monument offered pan liners on web site. With that said I am very satisfied an recommended the 325 strongly."

"I bought the mesa 325 because of quality, looks, and performance, I am greatly disappointed that when cooking on high flames curl around the deflectors burning whatever I'm cooking, if I turn the burners down so the flames weren't coming around the deflectors, I can't get over 500° to cook with, so my cooking time have doubled, I'm very dissatisfied and greatly disappointed"

"Tried to find a grill without a side burner but at least this one is also a good shelf. Don’t think I’ll ever use the burner but I guess it’s better to have and not need it. Easy to assemble. Easy to light. The window is clear. Used it a few times and still figuring out temps because my old Weber Q is a lot different. If this grill lasts 10 years I’d give it 5 stars. Bottom pan gets pretty dirty."
