"The Monument Grill I purchased from Home Depot did not have a side burner/sear burner grid. I called Monument and they took immediate action to send me one, included in the warranty. I don't know if HD missed it in the box when they assembled and delivered the grill but for sure Monument made an easy replacement for me. I love my new grill and its features"
