"My Grill fire tubes stopped working. Flames were seen coming from the ends of the tubes which could have been a accidental flame up. I called them and they helped me immediately and replaced the firebox. The folks working in the company are extremely helpful."

"I was uncertain about this brand because I'd never heard of them before. Unfortunately, the grill arrived severely damaged from shipping. They were very fast to ship me the replacement parts I needed, free of charge. Overall I'm very happy with the grill. I don't have any major complaints, just that the shipping box could be better, it was very thin and didn't offer much protection. I'm glad I bought this grill from monument, I'll purchase my next grill from them as well. I'd recommend this grill to friends and family."
