Replacement Firebox
"I just purchased a new Monument Grill. The shipping box looked OK, but when I started to assemble the grill ( I always enjoy that part), I discovered some damage on the firebox with one of the gas burners also had been knocked loose from the back of the firebox. After contacting Monument and supplying the requested documents(receipt and photos), I received another firebox in a timely manner so I could finish assembly. Thank you, Monument for the great service. BTW, this is my Monument grill and I'm looking forward to years of use."

"I received my grill damaged, but the box was not, so it must have been prior to packaging. I experienced some challenges getting in touch with a representative over the phone, but once I did the issue was resolved quickly. Monument sent me a new firebox without any hassle. Now that I have the new firebox swapped out the grill is functioning as intended. I absolutely love the grill control, igniter, lights, searing side attachment! Couldn’t be happier with it."
