"I bought this grill assembled, and have not had good results since. After working with one of your customer representatives, they help me establish that it may be the regulator. You guys sent me a regulator, and I replaced and it since then every time I have fired it up, it has worked phenomenally! I can’t express enough how nice it was to take the Weber off of the deck and and be able to rely on the monument grill. So far it’s been great. The only issue I have so far is that the igniter has never worked. I’ve changed the battery several times and the light comes on, but the igniter doesn’t work. Other than that, it’s a wonderful grill, and I look forward to seeing what new accessories you come out for it, the future future. Sincerely, David Willis"
