"I straightened up the thermometer, crash! Glass shattered into about 2000 super sharp shards. Family depending on me to cook birthday steaks. Took the best part of an hour to get all the glass out before the grill could be used. Glass ordered arrived, fit ( you need to remove the inner liners to install, only takes 15 mins). But why did it shatter after a year?"
