"I've used the grill over the last month. Also, purchased a griddle insert plate. Good: (i) fast delivery (ii) easy to assemble - not many screws (ii) Like the viewing window - main reason for purchase (iv) easy to start and cooks well. (v) Griddle insert plate works well (versatile for small items) Not Good: (i) Flame tamers are too short and do not catch the holders on both sides to keep in place. If you touch the flame tamers, they will just slide sideways. Floor models I looked at were not like this. . . secure fit where you could actually brush them to clean while in place. Sent photos and video to customer service. . . no response. (ii) Poor customer service after purchase (ii) Prefer light inside grill vs knobs, if possible"

This thing can get really hot! So far I've not found any cold spots. I'd recommend this grill to anyone looking for a quality grill under $600!"

Great Grill and grilling.

"Assembly was fairly easy and instructions clear to follow. The grill is beautiful and materials sturdy. I thought more of it would be stainless… but the powder the coated parts are high quality. Electric starts are fast. and the control knob lighting is aesthetically vey nice. The cooking elements are excellent. The grill temperatures are incredible and very consistently for perfect performance. The broil zone for searing and giving the grill marks works as promised and is wonderful. For the money… I don’t think you can do better."

"The Mesa 415BZ arrived packaged very well. Even though the exterior box had been damaged during shipping it did not affect the grill at all. Assembling it was easy with guidance from their video on YouTube. It only took 35 minutes to assemble due to the forethought of Monument’s screw placements from the factory. The temperature range that you can achieve while cooking on it allows for a more customized cooking experience that can adapt to a wider variety of grilling styles. Want to rotisserie a chicken? No problem. Do you want restaurant quality sear marks on your steaks? The sear zone gets more than hot enough to achieve it. The side burner delivers plenty of heat to suit frying, boiling and sautéing needs. The lid includes a window view when it is closed which is super convenient as it decreases the amount of times you typically open a lid to inspect the food. The overall quality is acceptable with regards to price/performance and if treated properly should last many years."
