There’s no Thanksgiving without pie, and this lemon peach pie is a great way to round out your dessert table and expand your offerings beyond the traditional😋.

Ingredients
Bottom of the Pan
1/2 cup melted butter

Filling
1 28 oz cans of sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 Lemmon

Batter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup room temperature milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preheat your grill or oven to 350 degrees. I'm using my 22in 85030 Deluxe Pellet Grill.

Process
- Mix filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix batter ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
- In a large cast iron skillet pour in the melted butter.
- Over the butter spread the batter, but DO NOT STIR, now over the batter gently pour on the filling.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Let it cool off for about 1/2 hour before eating.
