This is the only Lobster tails recipe youโ€™ll ever need and itโ€™s surprisingly easy!ย 

With little effort, make a fancy meal at home.

Preparation

  1. Preheat Monument Grills Denali 425 to 400ยฐ F.
  2. Make the garlic parsley butter, by mixing the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Use a pair of kitchen shears to cut straight down the lobster tail.ย 
  4. Useย yourย fingersย toย carefullyย separateย theย shellย ofย theย tailย andย pullย theย meatย upward.ย Placeย theย meatย onย topย ofย theย shell.
  5. Season the meat with Beef Rub.
  6. Placeย theย lobsterย tailsย directlyย onย theย grillย grates,ย meatย sideย down.ย Grillย forย 4-5ย minutes.
  7. Flip the lobster tails over and top each with a dollop of the garlic parsley butter. Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes. Do not cook past 140ยฐF.
  8. Remove from the grill and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
