Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat Monument Grills Denali 425 to 400° F.
  2. Make the garlic parsley butter, by mixing the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Use a pair of kitchen shears to cut straight down the lobster tail.
  4. Use your fingers to carefully separate the shell of the tail and pull the meat upward. Place the meat on top of the shell.
  5. Season the meat with Beef Rub.
  6. Place the lobster tails directly on the grill grates, meat side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Flip the lobster tails over and top each with a dollop of the garlic parsley butter. Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes. Do not cook past 140°F.
  8. Remove from the grill and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
