"Have only had this grill for a short while. So far I've cooked on it twice with good results. It comes up to temperature quickly, and has plenty of heat to cook a nice steak. "Arrived dented and beat to hell, sent 5 emails of damages and got crickets. The inside of the firebox was dented from all the stuff the packed in that bounced around, the left (as you face it) lid ear was bent and tweaked making the assembly difficult (the top rack wouldn't go in until I beat the hell out of the ear to make it somewhat straight. The grease tray was dog-eared on three corners and I had to bend those so it would slide in. After I completed my crash course in metal working it went together scraping and grinding like the Titanic hitting the iceberg as I finished the build. 100% would NOT but from again or recommend to anyone."

"The Monument Grills Denali 605 Pro is an outstanding grill. Very easy to assemble and comes with all the accessories other grills charge you double for. The sear stations are excellent. The Rotisserie is awesome and unlike many fits perfectly. LED lights that change color depending on setting. The Digitemp display comes with 2 meat probes besides the built in sensor. This grill is the best bang for the buck today."

Assembly was a breeze. The
"Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I referred to the video for a couple of hints. The two tool assembly, a screwdriver and your thumb was a welcome simplification! All parts arrived in multiple boxes. One box was damaged but the contents were so well packaged the grill sustained no damage. This would have been a five star review except as everyone says, the temp/probe display is not bright enough in the sun. An angled touch display instead of flat vertical, would be a useful, user friendly change. I cooked four small 1. 5 inch thick steaks and vegetables on my brand new 605 Pro last night July 18, 2026. (First use) I used the main sear and medium heat on the left side after searing each side. I also used a single temp probe in one steak. I was able to fit all four steaks over the main sear at one time. This grill has plenty of space! The steaks came out medium rare at 130 degs. Spending the extra money for all of the options was well worth it."

- I previously had a Vermont Casting grill - it was great. I like to cook breakfast. On this Denali, can I cook eggs on the side burner? Also, when I rotisserie one chicken, what burners do I use? I’ll most likely have additional questions - TBC!!
- Yes, the side burner works just like a stovetop – great for eggs. For rotisserie chicken, you can use all burners on low for faster roasting, or only the outer burners for slower, indirect heat. It depends on your preferred speed and texture.
- What gauge is the stainless steel?
- The grill is made of 430 stainless steel.
- Can size D rechargeable batteries be used or must only alkaline type be used?
- Yes, you can use rechargeable D-size batteries. Both rechargeable and alkaline D batteries are supported.
- What is the warranty?

- Can the grill be hooked up to natural gas with a conversion kit?
