"Our Monument Grill came as assumed and was easy to put together. It is a cinch to start up and gets up to temperature fast. I bought a cover for our cold and rainy winters but the all alluminum casing should last thru lots of weather. The lighted dials are an interesting bonus."
"This grill is everything I hoped for! The sturdy iron grates keep the meat and vegs from falling through. The electric starter is seamless and perfect. The extra burner is handy -- I can cook the whole meal standing there. It's visually beautiful, sleek and streamlined. The locking wheels are perfect. I love it! I can't believe I waited this long to buy a good grill. Assembly was easy but the printed directions were not consistently clear. I used a youtube vid to double check things. Parts were not labeled in their containers or bags so it took a while to find everything. It was technically very simple but compared to assembling a chest of drawers, for example, the directions were insufficient."

After having a big box hardware store grill rust out on me, I can appreciate the difference between stainless steel appearance and actual stainless steel construction - the entire grill here is stainless. I have had great results and am anticipating a long run with this grill. Very happy. It's a much better value relative to the hardware store grills."
"The grill description leads you to believe that this is an all stainless grill. The sides and bottom where the tank goes are NOT stainless, they are painted silver!! THOUGHT I was buying ALL stainless!! (Like my previous grill) DON'T be taken in by their wording trickery unless you don't mind the painted silver parts"

"I am extremely pleased with our Monument grill. After our experience with the first, we bought a second for our winter townhouse. Assembly is straightforward, and I really appreciated their clever shipping packaging that minimizes materials. The temperature control is wonderful after a few "self-calibration" runs. Materials seem high quality, and precision machining made fit on assembly perfect. Side burner is always great for those times of needing extra stove burners. Fantastic price point too."

"Not disappointed with this purchase, the one shortcoming there is no leveling adjustment, not important for a grill, but essential to a side burner. This a small shortcoming, I fixed with a few shims below the wheels, but my last grill had it. All that said, it is aggressive enough for a serious sear and gentle enough for a slow roast. Have not tried the wood chip box for smoke. The firebox and all essentials are stainless, which made me by this as my last grill rusted all the way through, so this one I hope will last a bit longer."
