"I purchased a Monument grill and assembled it myself. Great value for the price. I was most impressed however when I ordered replacement grates. The cast iron over the years gets a little rusty if you don't take care of them. I ordered the wrong size on line. I had to call the help line and customer service was outstanding. They got me the correct grates, stainless steel this time and shipped ASAP and free return on the wrong ones. Great service. I will always buy a Monument grill because of this service."
