Great Grill and Great Customer Support
"Love the grill, see through window and hardware. Had an issue that their CS team fixed quickly without any drama. Highly recommend."
Poor customer service
"I started contacting monument before my warranty was valid. My starter was broken they sent a new one to replace then I had a problem with the connector for the gas connection. I installed the new part and my grill still doesn’t work. Poor quality product. I have gotten burnt on more than one occasion .now I have no grill extremely frustrating"
