Installed Myself
"Rain likely shorted the original unit. Monument promptly sent a replacement part. I had trouble removing the necessary screws to get at the unit location. But the Monument advisor (Jose?) was really accessible for several calls. He even created a NEW video instruction module using my exact NG unit (the old one was not well done). Eventually persevered with the screws and the new unit functions perfectly. Bought a rain cover!"
