"Love the design that allows some creative grilling capabilities. The addition of the holes and open-end rack not only allows for creating a chicken drumstick "chandelier" (for no-turn grilling)...you can also insert conical items like Jalapeno, Fresno, or sweet peppers and grill them standing upward so that you can "stuff" them with some tasty fillings if so desired."
