"Tried to cancel within 20 minutes of purchasing because I bought the wrong size and they said they would get back to me via email and never did. Now it was shipped and I have to return it getting about half my money back because of a restocking fee and shipping. The have a policy if you cancel within 24 hours you won’t be charged the restocking fee and it should not have shipped. I would have purchased the correct one right away if they would have cancelled it like they were supposed to but wanted to wait for the cancellation. Now I have to purchase again and pay even more."
