"I really like it so far. It was simple to set up. My only complain is that they put the screws that attach the handles of the door at the same height of the magnets that are supposed to keep the door closed, so the doors don't lock really well because they are right there interfering. Other than that pretty happy with the buy. Simple to clean and cooks good."

We bought the Mesa II

"We bought the Mesa II 410BZ grill directly from Monument and got it about 1 week ago. We put it together just fine. I’m not crazy that the back of the unit on the bottom is open. The grill heats up to 700 very quickly and our steaks were delish. What bothered me is that I saw the grill on Walmarts marketplace for over $100 cheaper. When I called Monument, they wouldn’t match it but they would call Walmart to take the ad down. I asked what they could do since I brought this to their attn. They will see."

"The grill is pretty decent and has worked well when I used it, but during assembly I noticed there were some quality control issues, especially on one of the shelves where it was not welded properly so the integrity of the shelf is lacking due to this. It doesn't affect the overall use of the grill, but it makes the grill quality less than what it could be. The grill appears to have decent quality materials, but could use better quality control."

The pegboard only came with four hooks

"I love the pegboard concept but four hooks isn't enough for anyone with more than a couple of tools. I have tongs, spatula, brush, fork, and thermometer. That's five items. I had to go buy more hooks separately. Minor cost but annoying. The grill itself is great though. Just be prepared to buy extra hooks."
