Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
This Manufacture Warranty shall be limited to the replacement of parts that prove defective under normal use and service and which on examination shall indicate, to Monument Grill's satisfaction, they are defective. If a defect is confirmed and the warranty claim is approved, Monument Grills will replace the defective part at no charge.

However, this warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Acts of God or severe weather (such as hail, wind, hurricanes, earthquakes, or tornadoes)
  • Improper care, cleaning, or maintenance
  • Grease fires or accidents
  • Misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product
  • Replacement or modification of parts by anyone other than the manufacturer
  • Improper installation or installation not in accordance with local codes or manufacturer instructions
  • Rental use
  • Transportation damage caused after delivery
  • Hostile environments such as extreme weather exposure, animal tampering, or chemical exposure
  • High temperatures, excessive humidity, chlorine, industrial fumes, fertilizers, lawn pesticides, and salt can affect metal coatings. For this reason, rust, oxidation, discoloration, paint loss, or burn-through caused by environmental conditions or normal wear are not covered by this warranty.

    Additionally, ignitor batteries and cosmetic changes to grill parts (such as discoloration, paint loss, or rusting) are considered normal wear items and are not covered.

Warranty Eligibility
Warranty coverage applies only if:

  • The grill was purchased from an authorized retailer
  • The claim is submitted by the original purchaser
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided
  • The grill is used within the United States or Canada

    Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorized sellers, including marketplace resellers (such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or third-party Amazon sellers not authorized by Monument Grills), are not eligible for warranty coverage.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Before requesting replacement parts, customers must submit a warranty claim.
You may do this by:
Submitting a Warranty Claim Form, or contacting customer service at customerservice@monumentgrills.com

Please do not return any parts before receiving a Return Authorization from our warranty department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, replacement parts will be arranged.

Information Required for Warranty Claims
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide the following:
Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date and retailer.

Photos of the Issue

  • Clear photos showing the damaged or defective grill parts.
  • Additional Photos for Shipping Damage.

If the damage occurred during shipping, please also provide:

  • A photo of the damaged outer packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package.
  • Photos showing the damaged product.

Providing these images allows us to complete the transportation damage assessment and resolve the issue more efficiently.
