MONUMENT GRILLS AWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Timing:

The Best Father's Day Gift event (the event) begins June 6, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends June 16, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST. By sharing a Photo or a video, each Participants agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Who may enter:

The event is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry, who have an Internet connection, and access to the monumentgrills.com website.

How to participate:

1. Post a photo/ video and your story about the best Father's Day gift you have received or the one you plan to give on one of the following social media sites (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Tiktok) 
2. Tag @monumentgrills and use the hashtags #monumentgrills and #mgdadapproved.

Selection of award recipient:

1. Award recipient will be announced on the Monument Grills website and notified by email within approximately one to two weeks of their selection.
2. Recipient must respond to the notification attempt promptly. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the award.

Payment terms:

1. Recipient will be required to execute other necessary documents as required by Monument Grills. This may include providing payment information and personal information sufficient to comply with tax reporting obligations.
2. If an award recipient cannot be contacted by email after the initial attempt and return any required documentation, including an affidavit of eligibility, within the required time, the award may be forfeited at the discretion of Monument Grills.

General Conditions:

1. By participating, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions.
2. Monument Grills reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time.
3. Participants must follow all local laws and regulations.
4. Any content deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified.
5. Monument Grills reserves the right to use any content submitted for promotional purposes.
