These glazed beef tortilla kabobs stack seasoned grass-fed ground beef, red bell pepper and onion between flour tortillas, then go on the grill until the edges turn crispy. A brush of Thai sweet chili sauce in the last few minutes gives them a sticky, sweet-and-spicy glaze.
Ingredients
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, bell pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, and seasoning. Mix until fully incorporated.
2. Trim the edges off the tortillas to make them square.
3. Spread a thin, even layer of the beef mixture across each tortilla.
4. Cut each tortilla into 4. Stack/flip and skewer through the layers, then slice once more.
5. Fire up the grill to medium-high heat. Sear each side until the beef is cooked through and the tortillas are crispy.
6. Brush on that Thai Sweet Chili Sauce during the final minutes for that sticky, sweet heat finish
