Can I customize the shell color of the MESA series?

We currently do not support customized Mesa Series Shell colors, however we have a selection of 5 colors to choose from: Green, Blue, Red, Black, and Stainless Steel.

Can all four wheels of the NEW MESA be turned?

Yes, for ease of mobility, we have equipped the MESA series with four steerable wheels.

What is the size of my grill shelf?

The area of a single shelf in our Mesa series can reach 227 sqin.

Does this grill need assembly when it arrives?

The grill requires assembly upon arrival.

Can I use natural gas to light my MESA grill?

No, Mesa only supports Liquid Propane.

How does the Mesa200 do indirect grilling with only 2 burners?

The Mesa200 can also be used for indirect grilling, for two burner grills we recommend turning off one of the burners and placing the food on the other burner or will turn down the heat on both burners and place the food in the area between the two burners.

The manual was easier for me maybe because the audio was missing on the video and the stop and rewind was getting in the way. The manual was so step-by-step easy I had it assembled in an hour or so. Fired up and ready to go. Nice product for small grill area, nice manual and well marked parts for assembler. Extra parts bag nice for the parts that roll away or whatever."

"It’s a good grill. The window is helpful and so is the temperature gauge. Unfortunately, the lid arrived bent, so it hangs over one side and makes it difficult to fold the shelves. But there’s no way I’m disassembling it and sending it back. As I said the grill is fine, but probably a little more style over substance. I don’t think it grills any better or differently than my old grill that was a lower price point but the other features I mentioned are nice. Overall pretty happy with it."
