"Last year I bought a pre-assembled (by the store I bought it from) Monument Grill. It was poorly done, with missing screws for the side bars and the door spindle was missing-- it fell apart when I took off the plastic wrap they had used during delivery. My brand new BBQ looked like it was 5 years old and a clunker. I went back to the store and asked if they could help but the only thing they would do was direct me to the website for Monument. I called the number and they were very helpful. After a quick photo of the BBQ the kind folks at Monument had the part on the way and even paid the shipping. I was impressed how fast and easy it was. I will definitely get another Monument Grill (just will do the assembly myself!)."
