Returns
Every Customer Deserves to start with a perfect grill. Grills that are Defective or Damaged from Shipping qualify for Warranty Replacement parts at no charge. (Please Click here to file a Warranty Claim)
- Items purchased on www.Monumentgrills.com that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Free Return Shipping however there will be a 20% Restocking fee in the cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as: didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
If you qualify for a return all shipping (to and from) cost is deducted from your refund. Once we are contacted, we will arrange for a label to be emailed to you for drop off or pick up from a local carrier. Once the order has been successfully delivered to our returns center, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Return refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refund is issued immediately in our system however the time frame to reach your account can vary on Financial Institutions
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your Financial Institutions/Credit Card Company.
If it has been more than 3-5 business days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@monumentgrills.com.
Official Price Protection Policy
We guarantee price consistency across all our official online sales channels. If you find a lower price for the same product on any of our authorized platforms on the same day, we’ll refund the difference.

- Applies to identical products from official stores only
- Valid proof (screenshot with timestamp) is required
- Purchases made on our official website will be refunded to the original payment method
- Purchases made on other official online platforms will receive a gift card equal to the price difference
- Orders using special promo codes or exclusive discounts are not eligible the policy
Refund processing time
After the customer initiates a refund request, we will process it within 24 hours.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items bought on sale will be refunded only at the sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@monumentgrills.com
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
