    New firebox

    Original interior shelf for the grates was bent and they fell through to bottom of box. Called and a new firebox was shipped pronto. Works great and we really like this grill.

    Excellent Product and Superior Customer Support

    I am extremely happy with my purchase of a grill from Monument Grills. The grill is a solid construction with attention to fit and finish. The vertical gas outlets allow the grill to be used more economically than other grills horizontal gas outlets.

    What impressed me the most about my purchase was the attention to customer support. My grill box/body was damaged during shipping leaving a large visible dent in the back. I contacted support via email and was pleasantly surprised to get near instant response apologizing for the shipping problems and requesting that I sent pictures, which I did.

    Within a week Monument had a new Grill Box delivered to me to make certain that I was more than satisfied with my new grill, which I have most certainly been, thanks to their excellent and friendly customer support!
