"First time I cooked with it I did 12 burgers and 8 hot dogs all at once and it was great. Turned the heat down all the way and it was perfect. Looking forward to many more grillings. Only thing u have to do to hook it up is to get a reducer from the gas cock which is 1/2 inch to the 3/8ths inch on the gas hose coming out of the grill."
"Ordered the Mesa 415BZNG | Stainless Natural Gas Grill from Monument website and it arrived to CA in 3 days. Took wife and I, one hour to build with only a one tool needed(Phillips screwdriver). The regulator and gas lines were ready to go out of the box. ***Not included and must get(bought at Lowe’s)before hooking up to NG stub on my house was a shut off valve (ProLine Series Brass 3/8-in Flare x 1/2-in FIP Adapter Fitting). All burners lit up immediately with great heat. First Tri-tip cook was amazing! Highly recommend."
"After my Weber Genesis rusted out in less than 8 years I decided to go in a different direction. So far the Monument seems to be okay. The burners are much closer to the grates and the clearance between the grates and the top of the hood than what I was used to. It’s easier to burn food and it may not be possible to cook a standing beer can chicken, we’ll see. On the plus side the burners can really sear and put a crust on steaks and burgers. I cook outside all winter so we’ll see how things go. (I have a cover so it is protected from rain and the coming snows. I suspect the thinner gauge hood will not hold heat as well in cold weather but again, we’ll see."
"Shipping was amazing and extremely fast. The grill was packed perfectly with not even one dent on it. The grill assembly was easy enough and seems very well made and designed. Had brats on it after a short break in period. No flame ups. I’m extremely pleased with how this turned out."

"Really nice grill especially at the pricepoint! The doors were a little tricky to get balanced. I used 3 washers on one side and it did the trick. Drip pan doesn’t slide in 100 percent flush as one of the lines is in the way and I don’t want to risk damage but it fully captures. Really just about 1/2 inch short going in so no problem. A very nice quality grill. Very pleased with purchase so far!! Haven’t used but once so can’t comment on all of the cooking features yet…"
"I recently purchased my first Monument grill, and I love it so far. The assembly instructions were super clear, and the grill assembly went well with no hiccups. After firing it up the first time the first thing I noticed was how quickly it heated up to 600 degrees. It cooked steaks and burgers very well, and cleaning the grill afterwards was easy with the slide out grease tray."
"I was very impressed with the packaging. Every part was secured and protected. Many screws were pre installed where all you had to do was back them out a bit to fit a piece in then tighten. The rest of the parts were organized in a plastic case properly labeled. This was the most thought out appliance for customer assembly I’ve ever seen. Fit and finish is amazing. As far as cooking, everything worked perfectly, the grill heated up super fast, the sear zone cooked the food with good flavor and cleaned up well. I highly recommend!"
