What is a broil zone?​

(M415BZ)The MESA's main sear zone consists of three burners that are positioned closer together than the other burners on the grill. This creates an area on the grill that heats up more quickly and reaches higher temperatures than other areas, allowing for rapid heating. You can cook your steaks, ribs, and other foods to perfection in this zone.

What are the weight and dimensions of the grill?

Does the grill come with a propane hose?

The grill includes a hose to connect to 20lb Propane Tank.

Can all four wheels of the NEW MESA be turned?

Yes, for ease of mobility, we have equipped the MESA series with four steerable wheels.

Can I build my Mesa in?

The Mesa grill can not be used as a built in grill for an outdoor/indoor kitchen as there dangers in reforming a freestanding grill.

Can I use natural gas to light my MESA grill?

No, Mesa only supports Liquid Propane.

"I've used the grill over the last month. Also, purchased a griddle insert plate. Good: (i) fast delivery (ii) easy to assemble - not many screws (ii) Like the viewing window - main reason for purchase (iv) easy to start and cooks well. (v) Griddle insert plate works well (versatile for small items) Not Good: (i) Flame tamers are too short and do not catch the holders on both sides to keep in place. If you touch the flame tamers, they will just slide sideways. Floor models I looked at were not like this. . . secure fit where you could actually brush them to clean while in place. Sent photos and video to customer service. . . no response. (ii) Poor customer service after purchase (ii) Prefer light inside grill vs knobs, if possible"

Got this grill after doing

"Got this grill after doing a lot of online research and not wanting to pay over $500. My biggest problem with shopping online is not being able to physically see the grill. Set up was fairly easy for one person. The only thing I would suggest is to take the sharp edges off the underside of the side burner and shelf. The stove heats up quickly and maintains it's temp. The viewing window allows to check on the food without opening the lid and lowering the temps. Cooked shuck on, corn on the cob, asparagus and a ribeye the first grill and all came out fantastic. I am not sure what size burgers are tested but unless they are burger buddies there is no possible way you are getting 23 burgers on this thing. I was lucky to get 14 frozen patties from our local grocery store on there at one time. . . Overall, good investment for just me and the wife, but when the kids are here it's going to be tricky keeping them fed! (which is why I wanted a grill to cook 23 burgers, but also why I wanted to see one at the store). Doug R. NH"

What are the inside dimensions of the lidded cooking area? The model we saw (405BZ, not 415BZ) had a sloping lid (sloping down front to back) and we are concerned our turkey will not fit without touching the lid near the back.
