"Saw the Monument Grills online when I was needing to purchase a new grill. I thought they looked good for one, read reviews and purchased the Mesa 410 BZ grill with cover. I dont need a huge grill since there are only 2 people in my household. I ordered it and it delivered in 3 days which was great. The grill was packed very well and sturdy box, However, the grill cover took 11 days to deliver and it was shipped in its box, box arrived damaged from all of the handling, with no outer box for protection. I thought that was tacky but needless to say , the cover itself wasn’t damaged or torn. I used the grill for the first time 2 days ago and was happy and satisfied & afterwards, the cover fit like a glove. I would recommend."

We bought the Mesa II
"We bought the Mesa II 410BZ grill directly from Monument and got it about 1 week ago. We put it together just fine. I’m not crazy that the back of the unit on the bottom is open. The grill heats up to 700 very quickly and our steaks were delish. What bothered me is that I saw the grill on Walmarts marketplace for over $100 cheaper. When I called Monument, they wouldn’t match it but they would call Walmart to take the ad down. I asked what they could do since I brought this to their attn. They will see."

It doesn't affect the overall use of the grill, but it makes the grill quality less than what it could be. The grill appears to have decent quality materials, but could use better quality control."

"I expected some compromises given the price point. But this thing is solid. The stainless steel is thick enough. The hinges feel sturdy. The knobs turn smoothly. The pegboard is firmly attached. No wobble, no cheap plastic feel. I've seen grills costing twice as much that feel less substantial. Monument did good work here."
