"This grill is a great product. It has a small learning curve to get temps right but after that I find it easy to grill. Setting the timer for probs is not the best design as you have to step it up one unit at a time like 250 degrees on the plus an minus buttons, Could have a better communication on using the digital temp gauge."

The Rotisserie is awesome and unlike many fits perfectly. LED lights that change color depending on setting. The Digitemp display comes with 2 meat probes besides the built in sensor. "I absolutely LOVE this grill! It looks great and is SOOO versatile. The rotisserie is the best. The smoke box allows you to cook with the control and efficiency of gas but also get that "smoker" flavor. I don't have the charcoal accessory, but I bet it is super cool too. "The largest grill I’ve owned so far. Haven’t had a chance to break it in just yet but here’s my initial impressions. It’s packed fairly well but I still have some bent pieces from being shipped. Nothing bad enough to warrant returning but when paying this much for a grill I expect it to be in perfect condition. The directions in my humble opinion are terrible. I work in the engineering field and my wife is a data analyst so between the two of us there should have been plenty of brain power to figure out, but the directions were just terrible. They would combine multiple semi-complex steps into a single sentence and say something to the effect of “look at picture” to which would be a tiny 2”x2” photo to small to discern or read. It took about 2 hours from start to end to complete but at least a full hour of not more went into understanding the convoluted instructions. In the end it all went together and everything worked but it was made much more difficult than it had to be. It looks sharp and I’m beyond excited to try some of the searing and checking rotisserie attachments. If they could work on some packaging improvements and better instructions this would have been a perfect 5 stars."
"I put the grill together the spring assembly that hold the door came not screwed down. Had to get it not and put back in but it isnt secure. I did call customer service and inthought they were sending the price out, but I guess not. That is the fault of the company as that spring was supposed to be secure upon delivery."
"The item seems very nice and sturdy. I have not used it yet but I’m excited about all the different functions. My main concern is the dent on the cover. I am currently working with the warranty department and am hopeful that they will resolve this matter."
"The grill is awesome. I love all the features I’ve cooked a lot of things on it. My only critique would be to also have a thermometer at the top of the hood like some of the other models along with the digital Angie was terrible with the assembly, they didn’t hook up the electronics properly. They hid some of the connectors and they didn’t remove the trash so I wasn’t not happy with the assembly The product and the product support. Is great"
